Can you hold a place before I apply?
At this time we are unable to hold vacant units for a specific person. If you are interested in a unit, we suggest submitting your application to be placed in line for the unit. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No, our move-in costs are Security Deposit and first month’s rent only. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes they are, the amount of return of your security is dependant on the condition of the unit upon vacating. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
First, make sure you have all the necessary documentation. To review what is required, visit our screening information. When you are ready to apply, visit https://www.oregonbaypropertiespm.com/apply-now to apply online, or you may schedule to come into our office to complete the application using one of our public computers. -
How do I pay rent?
The easiest way to pay rent is on our online Tenant Portal. This secure payment method allows you to use a credit card or ACH withdrawal with the option of setting up convenient automatic payments. Other options include paying by check or guaranteed funds in person, by drop box at our office, or by using the Electronic Cash Payment option. -
What is the Electronic Cash Payment option?
Electronic Cash PaySlips offer a secure way for residents to pay rent and other charges with cash. Residents can re-use the same PaySlip each time they make a cash payment at a participating location. PaySlips display a barcode that is unique to each resident. -
Where can I pay using the Electronic Cash Payment option?
To find the nearest participating location, visit https://home.paynearme.com/all-locations/ and search by address or zip code. Participating locations that accept AppFolio payments include: 7-Eleven, Ace Cash Express, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Applicants: If you have a pet: A separate application through Pet Screening is required at the time of the application. Additional pet screening fees apply. Pet approval and rent is based on your pet(s) “paw score(s)”. Please refer to Pet Screening for detailed information and results. As this is a third party company, refunds are not available through our company for www.PetScreening.com at any time.
i. Not all properties are pet-friendly. It is the Applicant’s responsibility to verify the property accepts pets before applying. An additional deposit and pet rent may be due if the property is pet-friendly.
ii. If you have no pets or if your animal is an Emotional Support or Service Animal: a Pet Screening profile is still required but no fee will be assessed. Breed restrictions may be waived for ESA and Service animals.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Contact the office at Hello@orbpm.com or 541-808-9040 to request a move out form. We will issue you the notice to be electronically signed and start the move out process. OR you may swing by the office on Monday, Wednesday or Friday's to complete the form in person.
